Weltraumfestival
Girls Can Code joined the Weltraumfestival to showcase Swiss space tech and innovation. Visitors explored mini robots and met Odin, our Unitree Robotics Go2 EDU robot, who quickly became the star of the show.

ETH Hackathon
We hosted an exciting hackathon at the ETH Student Project House, where participants worked hands-on with Odin, the Unitree Robotics Go2 EDU robot. They explored its SDK and developed a range of creative and ambitious robotics projects.

Informatiktage 2025 - Weekend
As part of Informatiktage 2025, Girls Can Code hosted a vibrant and hands-on tech event at the Hilton Zurich Airport. Over the course of the weekend, curious and motivated girls and boys explored the world of technology through engaging workshops in areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and 3D printing.

Xpanse Expo 2024
For the Xpanse Expo 2024, the Girls Can Code team created stunning images and animations using AI tools such as, Comfy UI, runway animations, and MidJourney for the speakers at the Xpanse Expo in Abu Dhabi. Our CEO, Simi, was invited to attend the expo and witness firsthand the incredible impact of the visuals we generated. These dynamic images and animations were showcased behind the speakers as they presented new technologies, solutions, and groundbreaking innovations.

Logitech Kids Day 2024
Logitech partnered with Girls Can Code for an exciting edition of JOM Day, where we brought 24 young minds into the world of tech and innovation. The day was filled with hands-on workshops led by passionate Logitech employees, covering design, virtual reality, robotics, and more. Our partnership added an extra layer of fun with activities like programming Alpha robots to dance, coding interactive games, and creating art with 3D pens. Through these engaging experiences, we empowered the next generation of tech enthusiasts to discover the limitless possibilities technology offers. Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, the kids left the day feeling confident and inspired to explore future careers in technology.

Ayaval Zukunftstag 2024
We proudly collaborated with Ayaval to host the national Future Day event, aimed at inspiring young girls to explore the exciting world of technology. The event focused on problem-solving, app development, and hands-on building, offering participants a chance to dive into the practical aspects of tech. Throughout the day, girls had the opportunity to engage in insightful talks with experienced women in the industry, gaining valuable advice and inspiration.

Gen-AI Course 2024
Girls Can Code launched the Gen-AI Course, a unique online learning experience tailored for artists and anyone interested in the fusion of art and artificial intelligence. Participants were introduced to the world of generative AI and its ability to produce innovative, AI-driven artworks. While the course was primarily online, a special in-person event took place at the Ortmsuem Meilen, where attendees had the chance to explore this exciting field in a hands-on environment. The course empowered creatives to experiment with AI tools, unlocking new possibilities in their artistic journeys.
